This one is easy
Buy a package of hot dogs (8pack)
also a package of crescent rolls, you'll find them in the cooler where you buy cookie dough and Bisquick's.
turn oven on 375 while you are getting them ready
unwrap crescent rolls you'll see the grooves to separate it into 8 pieces.
you'll need a cookie sheet to bake them on.
lay one piece of crescent roll out lay a hot dog on it and roll it up continue until all hot dogs are rolled up with crescent rolls
place on cookie sheet
bake in oven at 375 degrees until golden brown
approximately 30 minutes
serve with ketchup and or mustard
they are the best!
Good Luck!

Hmm, there are actually alot of different ways to make them.

The basic idea though is to place a meat link such as a hotdog, cooked sausage link or cheddarwurst on a pre-made slab of dough such as a crescent roll or rolled-out/flattened biscuits.

It's not uncommon for people to add cheese. Some people also like to add cooked bacon, onions, peppers or other such "toppings" before rolling the dough up around the meat.

Basically, to cook it you just need to follow the directions on the dough tube. Sometimes you may need to let it bake for a few extra minutes. Play around with it... Try making full-size Pig-In-A-Blankets, try cutting everything in half before baking, even try mini sized pieces (little smokies are good for those). Also try different dipping sauces such as ketchup, mustard, ranch dressing and even bbq sauce.
