why is my x boy Friend spying on me?

my x and i broke up 5 months ago and he just looks at me and even when i am not looking he's spying on me he still likes me i guess he learned his little cheating lesson and he acts like nothing happened and we are still going out and i hate him so much that hate is a word for like i do have to say hes ok and free hes so desrate hes getting his best frineds x's to go out with him when he sees me at the mall with my bf he's wrird
