before their was a love triangle but now I'm just done, I'm sick and tired of competition, I'm sick of fighting I'm sick of showing off to the girl that I used to love, now today I just didnt have those same feelings for her I realized that she doesnt truly respect me on the most basic level, as a human like she's superior or something I dunno maybe I just have a inferiority complex or something. I just sort of stopped liking the girl it feels sort of weird but I dont have any feelings for her anymore, beyond a friend, if anyone has experianced this or some similar situation what exactly is this feeling?

It's the stage of accepting that the competition kept you going but from what I'm getting - that part is over. You are seeing now that it wasn't worth the effort you had to go through. If someone puts you through that, it is disrespectful and the feeling you are going through is that you shouldn't have to compete for love.
Be glad that you do have that feeling. It will be easier to move on now.

Even though my ex-boyfriend wasn't in a love-triangle, he had the same "I see her as just a friend" feelings. He told me why and I agreed. Now, we're the best of friends.
If you are young, like us, you probably weren't ready to handle a girlfriend (or the pther way around), and she's evolved into a sisterly character for you.
If you're older, i say that you just quit liking her.
Besides, what good is dating a girl if she was cheating on you? I'm a girl, and if my boyfriend was cheating on me I would dump him, kill him, and never date him again until he PROOVED that I was his only.
I think it's time that you left her, buddy. =(

I don't know if you watch Grey's Anatomy but this same situation was in one of the Episodes.
If you no longer love her then you're exactly right, there is no point in competing. You need to step back and move on.

that is a good case of self-esteem. self respect. you've realized that she isn't as great as she thinks she is. she thinks she is the greatest and that she can do whatever she wants with you. now you just dont want to put up with it anymore. good for you

Yep, it's called the end... no feelings for her a clear indication of a natural end of the relationship, and time for you to move on!

you've grown up and what this girl had just doesn't give you the excitement it once did. you have to move on to the next girl and the next till you find the right one!

Reality, I think she was more of a challenge then desire...you quit, if you desired her you wouldn't.
