Tons of people believe there isn't a God, but why? Where is the evidence? People always ask for what evidence there is of a God but I ask you, how are you sure there is not a God.

there is no evidence that there are no birds that speak french which are made out of liquid plutonium.
one needn't be certain that such birds do not exist in order to conclude that belief in such a thing would be silly.
It's the same with God. You don't have to prove the nonexistence of a thing in order to reasonably not believe in it.
...and I do believe in God...but also that people who don't believe in God aren't all idiots...and that some who do believe most definitely are idiots.
We love 'em all anyway.

Why do you not believe in Puff the magic dragon when there is no evidence to disprove the existence of Puff the magic dragon? Why just the other day I was saying to Puff, "Puff, my friend... you look very puffy around the eyes today. Did one of those nasty Christians poke you in the eyes again?"

Take the time to make a list of all things that don't have evidence proving their existence. Here I'll get you started.
Zeus,
Rah,
Leprachauns,
Unicorns,
Fairys,
Dragons,
Tooth Fairy,
Santa Claus...
Isn't it interesting that all of those items that DON'T have evidence are all considered myths.
Hmmmm....
If you have a brain you should reach a logical consluion. If not you are probably a theist.

It is easier to say there is no God and be free to be bad, than feel there is a God and have to live a stricter life. (Selfishness) I would rather live believing there is a God and die to find none, than live believing there is no God, only to die and find there is!!
