Which ring goes on top? The Engagement ring or the Wedding band?

What I was told - the wedding band goes on first so it's closest to your heart. I did hear that there is a vein by on the finger that goes straight to the heart. So it goes wedding band then the engagement ring.

I wear my wedding band on the bottom and the engagement ring on top.

The engagement ring goes on your ring finger left hand until the wedding day. Then, you'll move the engagement ring over to the right hand to leave the left hand free to accept the wedding band. Then, if you like, you can move the engagement ring back over to the left hand ring finger above the band.

However, there is no proper way of wearing them. The choice is up to you as long as you are comfortable. However, I have seen many people wearing the engagement ring below the wedding band on their 4th finger of the left hand.
For me, I only wear my wedding band as my engagement ring and wedding band don't compliment each other...

my friend always told me that i should have my engagement ring in the bottom and the wedding in on top but i just play around it alot so i change it all the time. i don't think it should matter as long as u have it on.
