I would say a month. You should give your body a couple of days of rest. Follow a good nutritional and well balanced diet. Good luck!

give it 20 to 25 days hun and remember somthing you need to work out "everyother" day it can cause muscle problems if you over do it hun

less than a month... you'll see it in your face first... and you need to eat good to see it quicker... alotta water helps alot.. trust.. ;D
