Fastest way? Stop eating. You can drink water, you can take vitamins, and fluids with zero calories. You will lose weight and as fast as possible. If you don't want to lose consciousness or lose muscle mass, you may have to occasionally take some sugar and you should find out what the minimum amount of protein you need is - by the way, it is really very little. You can look up which food sources will provide protein which will give you the 8 essential amino acids. This basically a starvation diet and might make you susceptible to infections, but that is the fastest. Exercise would help the process along, but you might find yourself becoming too weak to exercise.

Hmm. Fat are we? Dumb question to ask. Clearly, the fastest way to lose weight, aside from surgery, is to kill someone. But in order to do this properly you have to exercise, and attain an 8% body weight. Drink 3 protein shakes a day. Eat three ham sandwiches. 2 servings of grapes, 1 apple, and a variation of vegetables. After 3 months of following this plan, I guarentee you'll be ready to kill a man. That was your question, right?

There is no fast way to lose weight. Your body
is yours and you {we} think that we can do
what we want to do with it. Not true any more.
We now live in a world where the Government
tells what is good and bad for us. They tell
us that we have to buckle up in our cars or
they will fine us. They are telling McDonalds
that they have to reduce the calories in their
products. It goes on and on. You can stop
eating but they just take you to the hospital.

Lemon water... I know it sounds silly but it works! AND eat nothing but fruits and veggies for 1 month.
*I ate fruit in the morning 8am-ish...
Like an apple, banana, and an orange and scambled tofu
*I ate veggies in late afternoon 3ish...
A huge salad with every veggie i like and grilled tofu
*I snacked on nuts...almonds and walnuts
Then NO dinner - your body needs to be in fasting mode and use the energy/fat that is already stored... this is where the lemon water comes in... Lemons help curb your appetite and not only that but they provide a ton of antioxidants which help your body even more. I drank nothing but water and soy milk occasionally. The lemon water was great midday to curb those cravings and a great blood sugar balancer.
This was a diet that was in a controlled enviroment, think spa without the frills.
My reason in eating those things is to get all your nutrients, plus I took a multi-vitamin. I also hiked about 3 hrs a day. In total I lost 17 lbs in about 3wks. :D
BTW to burn fat you have to eat less calories and burn more than you ate. So still fuel your body OR your body goes into storage mode, which will only make more fat...YOU do not want this if your goal is fast weight loss so still EAT. That is one mistake people always make. And tofu has like no fat and barely any calories and provides a TON of protein which your body needs.
NO dairy, NO meat, think fresh alive food! :D good luck! and God Bless!
P.S. hint for tofu - it takes on ANY flavor you put with it.

Excercise like a dog (i.e. burn a lot of calories) and eat like a bird. (ummmm, don't forget to drink, but you have to eat a little something to avoid passing out).
Alternative, if just weight is of concern... have a limb or two amputated... When you ask that kind of question, expect this kind of response.

soups can be both filling and comforting try making a garden or bean soup with low salt broth and store in portion sized cups for later
