If feels like its broken, yesterday I saw reddish purple marks, today none. I woke up with the pain.

I think you might have AIDS. It is well known that this is a first sign of the terrible disease. You should go to a doctor.

Do you workout regularly or have you done any type of strenuous physical activity lately? The shoulder blades are to the rear of the shoulder, correct? If the pain is in the front of the shoulder, it could be arthritis. You probably just need rest. Get plenty of sleep and take plenty of protein to heal any sore muscles. If the pain continues, you should see a doctor.

If its broken get an Xray and get a cast!

Your back is out of alignment. Go see a chiroprator. He or she will massage it, heat it, and then give you a quick adjustment. You should feel better right away.
The trip usually costs 50-75 bucks if you do NOT have insurance. If you do, then you will pay your copay.

Maybe you bruied it without knowing. Or you twisted it funny. If it's broken it'll hurt so much that you're almost a the point of immobility. ;) GOOD LUCK! Try SEEING A DOCTOR. That way you can stay on the safe side. =)

Im not sure did you do something like a sport or you slipped and fell on it. Go to a doctor to get it checked out.

go to a chiropractor, i am a waitress and have this problem often, he adjust me and i am good to go!
