Some landlords will let you pay the deposit in 2-3 months installment..some don't.. Most places like Catholic Charities, etc only help with rent, electric, medical, etc. THEY are very strict in who they help (I was paying 90% of my income in rent and they were out of money for the year..it was March).. (like I really believe that) and what they help with. GL
