I am getting my wisdom teeth out on Friday and i was wondering if anyone new some soft foods I could eat that would not hurt my gums. All I can think of is pudding and yogurt!

Oh man, don't forget ice cream. I just had mine out in November (the day before Thanksgiving unfortunately), and ice cream basically saved my life. I lived on ice cream, applesauce, mashed potatoes, and squash.

Also, even though they're soft foods and stuff, try to not get any of it near the stitches. It can get a little uncomfortable!

You may not feel like eating very much. Remeber lots of fluids. Smoothies are good and filling. I hope you feel better quickly..

anything as long as you dont chew. but whatever you eat, it helps to use a baby spoon! i know it sounds weird, but sometimes it hurts to open your mouth wide, so using a baby spoon will make you open your mouth less, and cause less discomfort.
