You can wake up, Captain Caveman. You cannot 'make' anyone love you.
Even if you could, why should someone have to be subjected to a love you 'forced' on them. What if they don't feel the same as you?
However, what you can do is to go to her, introduce yourself to her and become her FRIEND.
Find out all about her (likes, dislikes, favorite foods, goals in life, etc.). Feelings will develop for her as you discover all the similarities you share. This takes time to achieve, not because you saw her one time and your hormones started raging.
THEN you approach her and TELL her how you feel, ASK her if she feels the same as you and let your newly developed feelings load you from there.
And tell Fred Flinstone I said hi.
