No, not "always", 'cause that's a really big word. Most of the time, in most relationships, love will be expressed physically, whether it's a small child hugging her mom or two lovers having sex. There's pretty good research that babies who don't get physical touch won't grow and thrive, even if they get all the food and diaper changes they need. There's no real reason to think this changes as we age. We need to be touched to be healthy, and people who love us like to give us the things we need.

However, I suspect the underlying question boils down to something more like: "My boyfriend says if I really loved him I'd have sex with him. Is he right?" To which I say a big fat NO! No one who loves you will pressure you into being physical with him before you're ready, and there are a lot of ways to be physically affectionate without having sex. Holding hands, backrubs, cuddling, kissing, and, yes, touching genitals with your hands and mouth are all perfectly wonderful ways to share love without putting yourself at emotional and physical risk before you're ready.

No, love can be expressed many ways. It can be expressed through just talking, or just the way you two act around eachother. Holding hands (physical i know but not what i think u mean), a little kiss here and there but nothing serious. People just say that sex and thingz will bring you two closer together but the truth iz sumtimez it could just tear you apart. Dont do anything you dont want to do.
