No. There is something to help relive the pain and pressure, somewhat, but not something that will cure the infection.

Bladder infections are not to be fooled with. There are over the counter things to prevent bladder infections, such as cranberry tablets but these should not be used instead of an antibiotic. Go to a doctor and get some. Bladder infections left untreated go systemic and you can die from them. Get treatment today!

You can drink cranberry juice but the only thing that will kill an infection is an antibiotic which requires a prescription.

There are things you can get for the pain, but I don't think you can cure it without a prescription. A lot of cranberry juice usually works for me. Good luck!
