I'm a Corvette owner and try to keep up on prices. A condition code four is worth around $5600 and a code three about $12,600. A code 4 is a good drivable vehicle needing only minor work. A code 3 is very good, completely operational or older restoration showing wear, serviceable inside and out. This is a 20 footer, form 20 feet away may look perfect but as we approach it, we begin to notice chips or the paint getting a little thin.
Very few vehicles are a code 2 unless they've been extremely well taken care of and code 2 is worth about $19,000.
Remember this though, the vehicle is over 20 years old and only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. As gas goes up, these prices come down.
