Please help!!!I'm tired of worrying so much about things that aren't so serious.

Here is what I do. It sounds too simple, but it works. I keep a note pad handy. Whenever a problem arises in my head I immediately write it down.....telling myself that I will deal with it later. This gets the problem out of my head. At night I will look at my list and amazingly the problems seem silly.

Getting the problems out of your thinking process and onto a piece of paper really helps. Try it. It does work.

doing something you're good at usually takes your mind off 'unimportant' things in life. i do yoga, read mags, or draw and paint to rid my mind of life's miseries....it works!!
