Which is more marketable: Environmental Engineering (B.S.) or Environmental Science (M.S.)?

As an entry level person, then your best possibility will be with a MS. If you had 5-10 years of experience, then you could get by with a BS.

If you want to go into energy efficiency, then I would not consider environmental engineering, but electrical or mechanical engineering.

If you want to work as an environmental consultant, then you may want to consider Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering. The cores courses will allow you better opportunity in your career.
