that stuff doesn't mean anything anymore. for me it might be kissing, then, well, being freaky and the third base would be actually going all the way through with it. but anymore people are doing the third base first, or just the second base, or whatever. you never know what people will do these days so it's best not to even get hung up over that.
as a woman you have control over what bases he'll pass and why, and it's up to you to decide when to let him run and prove himself worthy of crossing that plate or when you need to throw the ball and force him out of the game. quite honestly; what do those bases mean to you, because if he's using that as some type of indication of what type of relationship you two have then he isn't worth your time ...
oh yeah, and fourth base is when you don't even care anymore, you can take another run around or perhaps not. i used to think that the fourth base was experimenting and making the third base more interesting but i think it's the peace of mind that comes with not having to care so much.

Don't listen to that stupid girl who says these are the first steps in love and sex. I've never heard anything more ridiculous in my life. Here is the break down: FIRST BASE: A kiss. SECOND BASE: You two grope each others body parts. THIRD BASE: You fornicate. There - none of this has anything to do with LOVE. Sex and love are not the same thing I don't care what any one tells you. That you asked at all probably means your too young yet. Move on.
