to be classified as fat there is no specific weight. It matters on your BMI if it is over 30% you are over weight. A combination of exercise and diet is recommended. by diet i mean cutting out fast food, soft drinks, and junk food. It is important to eat fruits, veggies, protein, dairy, and grains. Just keep it about 2,000 calories. Light to moderate exercise should be done 3 to 5 times a week for 30 mins to keep yourself healthy

i m fat and nearely weigh 48kg......and my age is 12......isnt it to fat fr me according to my age .....i excercise and try to loose my calories........bt if we walk one km a day and loose 50 calories..........we should come home and not eat more so that our walking doesent make any mean to us........we lost 50 calories and came back home and ate 100 calorie.....wats the mean of walking then.......isnt it use less....to loose weight have a diet that contains boiled food items........not fried.....i lost weight abt 2kgs in 3 monts.....isnt that good.....try this ....excercise and dont eat more calories than u loose.......u will definately loose wait....best of luck fr ur try.......mind ur own business and have fun........let people say wat they wana say....ignore them.they think only thin people are smart........always keep this ib ur mind.....fat people are cute and smart toooo...............byeeeeeeeeeeeee
