I've tried Beasts and Adrenaline series shoes. The Adrenalines didn't hold up very well, though I'm tough on shoes. I like the Beasts.

I have been satisfied, but not blown away by them. New Balance and Asics seem to suit me better.

Best thing you can do is get professionally sized and fitted at a running shoes store. Have them watch you run, and make sure you get the right shoe for your tendencies.

Don't take our word for it.

I run in the Cascadia Trail shoe and the Glycerin Road shoe. I absolutely have loved them both, but went to try the Glycerin on yesterday at the store and they have added support to the heal. Ruined a perfectly good shoe in my opinion. Now I have to find a new road shoe. I hope they are not changing the Cascadia this year. I have such a hard time finding shoes. I love that they are so neutral and light because they don't have too much froo froo stuff on them. They breathe well, and they afford great support through the heal. Too bad they have added to the Glycerin. It was great before.
