this year my kids made me their own cards and went out with their own pocket money and bought me a big box of choc's and a foot spa and gave gran the money to buy me a bottle of wine i was SO touched as normally its hubby that takes and pays for my present but he's been in hospital 4 months and they still thought to pamper me they even bought me breakfast in bed

When my Fiance had a basket of my favorite flowers sent to our doorstep, and gave me a beautiful diamond neclace! Then took me out on a fancy dinner, and let me relax the rest of the day...Man that was GREAT! lol

Last year...my ex gave my daughter paper, stickers, glue, glitter, crayons and markers (she's only 3 so it was a huge mess). He used all of it to make a bag to give me my engagement ring....messy but very romantic. The best gift I've ever gotten.

all of my children coming to visit on mother's day, and having dinner with me, when they cook dinner for me, and when they make me a mother's day card from construction paper and markers. (that beats a store bought card anytime)
