Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

Hi, um well truthfully it would depend on what your height is. If you're 5 feet then that is about the right weight for you. But if you have like some areas of fat that you don't like then do this: Eat fruit *even though you said not to* vegetables and whole grains but not like binge on it! these variety of food will give you more fiber therefore you won't really digest them but instead it will go right through you and *ahem* well you know what that means. So you can eat like a ton of veggies and it won't be that much of a calorie intake. And it's all healthy. Don't eat too much fruit since that has sugar and too much sugar will soon become fat and store itself in your body. Um let's see.......exercise. Yeah you don't have to go to the gym you could just do cruntches or run/walk. but if you have some fat in your mid area then first do cardio workouts. like jump rope and again run, If you don't have the time for going outside then run in place. Or go to the gym. after the cardio workout apx. 20-30 min. do about 2 sets of 100 sit ups. It may seem alot but believe me it's not once you do it everyday. If you are taller than 5 feet and just THINK you look bigger than what you really are because 105 pounds is thin, like model thin. I really hope this helps you and if you need more info then you can put key words of your question into the search bar and it will pop up like a dozen other questions a lot like yours. Good luck! :)

its just stupid if people try to lose weight if their already in shape and have a healthy weight because their just going to look ugly, sorry but u should try to gain weight not lose weight your skinny enough the way it is
and I think if you lose enough weight youll just be skin and bones and IT DON'T LOOK GOOD!! so why do u wanna be so skinny that your bones stick out

This works for most people, eat lots less carbs you do not have to cut them completely but the fewer the better. High lean protein diet such as chicken breast. drink 8 glasses of water a day this help the digestion of food and just aids the body in so many other ways.
If you are really serious stack caffine pills with vaspero ephedrin, you can find both of these in gas stations. the ephedrin is very important in burns fat right off and doesn't touch muscle.
ps keep in mind protein speeds up your metabolism

Did you ever try the Nutrasystem? Or use the Weight Watchers Point system? You don't have to be fat to use these plans, Weight Watchers will actually teach you how to look at what you eat and you can feel full and lose weight.

Water is a great filler. Drink water all day and your body will retain less of it since it knows it will be replenished.
