That is an illogical fear you have. All religions are protected in the USA by the Constitution. To make a religion illegal we would have to have a Constitutional Amendment. That requires voting in every state of the Union and then finally a 2/3 majority of the states to ratify the Amendment.
Such a change would be so fundamental that if in acted, civil war would probably break out and the USA would cease to exist as it is today.
Think with your head. Study history, and study the very most fundamental concepts of American government before you worry your head about things which are nearly impossible.

The church I went to before I moved thinks so. I do not. I think that the government would be cutting off their noses to spite their faces, so to speak. This country was based on religious freedom. I think that the real threat to Christianity is the ACLU and people who are claiming to be Christians driving others away because of their bile spewing intolerance. Sadly, some of our fellow Christians forget that we are not to judge but love, and pray for everyone. If pressed, I would go to jail for my beliefs. I just don't think it will come to that.

I don't know why you think that being a Christian will be illegal. If that ever happened I would go to jail for my beliefs.

No. Religion in general.
And I personally feel the extreme Islam carrying on a holy war with so many countries in the world is going to be the initial reason the UN will try to outlaw religion in general. And I think the outlawing of religion in general will occur soon. Possibly in my lifetime.

Yes I would go to jail for my beliefs but I don't think we (Christians) need to worry here in the USA.

As far as going to jail for ones belief ,we should never let it ever get that far.I cannot imagine Christian persecution ever happening. Although so many have no backbone to stand up for what they believe. 84% of American polled believed in Jesus. Where oh Where are they??!!

Yes I'm willing to go to jail and even to die for my beliefs.
Although some say that Christians rule everything, Non-Christians have changed that. They have already taken prayer out of schools, are going to have In God We Trust taken off the money and have removed one nation under God from the pledge of allegiance. To me it appears non-Christians have more influence.

No, just the opposite is true. We're heading toward a society where free thought is being tolerated less and less. I think we may end up with something close to a theocracy in as little as one-hundred years unless something changes soon.

Yes. Christians have been persecuted fron the beginings of the early church and it will continue more and more as people refuse to hear the Gospel and believe in false religions and preachings. There is only one way to salvation and that is through Jesus.
