if i just eat fruits and vegatables, will i lose weight?
and if so how long till it shows results

Yes you can lose weight this way. You should get some protien in your diet too. Try eating some peanuts or something like that. The protien helps you stay full longer so you wont eat as much food throughout the day. Drink plenty of water and work out 30-60 min 3-5 times a week. You should have some results in a month, or at least you should be energized and feeling great.

Yes you will lose weight and the results should be visible within a month or so depending on how fast your metabolism works. You must also excercise to lose the weight. I do not recommend it becasue a body needs more than just fruits and vegetables to function properly.

yes but u cant eat them alone. you have to have protein too. like fish, chicken, etc. plus you most likely wont lose much weight from diet alone unless you're exercising regularly.
