I don't drink a lot. I drink a few drinks with my friends every other weekend. I drink for fun and not to get drunk. My bf doesn't like the idea that I drink. A couple weeks ago I told him I was drinking and he said he would break up with me. I drank and he didn't. I don't know what to do because I don't want to hurt him but i still want to have fun with my friends ... I don't know what to say to him when he asks me why I drink. Plz help

Maybe what you first have to do is know why you drink. Then you can tel him why you drink. Also find out why it bothers him that you drink maybe then you can understand things . I think you and your bf have to sit down and talk things out and then you will be on the road you are meant to be on .

the danger is if u increase your drinking to where it is a problem and there are a lot of drunks that started the way you r doing. Keep doing what u r doing and there should be no problems. the first drink to the road of becoming a alcoholic is his first drink

It really depends on what you want more. Relationships are a mutual thing. If your boyfriend says he doesn't want you drinking its because he cares about you and doesn't want to see you in trouble. Sometimes we have to bite the bullet for those we care about because they care about us. If your friends are more important to you then do what you feel best to do with them. Sorry I can't help you decide thats really your decision.

i would quit. 1. because its not good for ya 2. because your bf wants you to, and im sure he wants best. you dont have do drink to have fun with your friends

Have you ever been to a party and not drank anything? Try it sometime and see have stupid everyone is acting. He just doesn't want you to embarrass yourself in front of everybody.

He has a right to be woried if your underage. And if your a legal drinker he still can worry. This just means he really cares about you.
