This is a serious question, and more credit to you for asking.
Take it carefully, use a condom AND some lubricant - it will make it far less painful for her. Don't penetrate too far - she has to be opened gradually past a certain point. She'll yell when you reach that. Move slowly and continuously, and gently work her up to climax. She may not actually reach that, as it's a quite traumatic experience, but if she does, stay there, caress, encourage, cuddle - afterplay is as important as foreplay, and this is a once-off, vital experience for her, and you are in control, and responsible for whether she wants more sex or is thrown off permanently (it happens). What happens then is a complete wild card. Just be ready to react the way she wants.

As a woman who has lost her virginity, this is my advice. You've got to be careful and not too rough with her. If she's used tampons, her hymen might have already been torn, or at least stretched (and using tampons doesn't make her not a virgin, just to get that clear). Just make sure she's completely ready.

My advice... be GENTLE! My first time hurt like hell. I told the guy I was a virgin, but either he didn't believe me or he just got all excited and didn't think about how it would feel for me at all. And try to make her first time at a special location -- not a sleazy hotel or (like my first time, sad to say) in the backseat of a car. But more than anything, make sure she's truly ready and not just giving in because of pressure. If you love this girl, you'll want her to be comfortable and not do something she'll regret for the rest of her life. Oh, and just to clear up one more thing: not all women bleed from losing their virginity. I didn't.

take it SLOW...dont do anything that she doesnt want to do....try and make it a little romantic for her. the last thing a girl wants to remember is having a horrible first time
