okay so me and my best friend have been friends for a few years.
she is a little bit of a whore so she had like boyfriends in the second grade and stuff. so he was actually her ex from the second grade ( before we knew eachther)
and i started going out with this guy and i didnt even know they had ever gone out and my BFF got really pissed but then she got over it.
so before i went on vacation my boyfriend and i broke up mutually and i went on a cruise which means i had no contact with any of my friends for over a week
i was gone for 10 DAYS!! i came back on my birthday only to find my best friend and my ex boyfriend had been going out since 2 days after i left?! WTF?!?!?! she's supposed to be my best friend and she did this.
i guess what i want to know is, was it okay for her to go out with my ex boyfriend even though he was her ex before but they had only "gone out " in the second grade?

You probably don't want to hear this, but I think it was okay. The two of you had broken up, so in her eyes he was fair game. In his eyes, he no longer had any obligations to you.
Could she have waited till you came back to see if you would mind her dating your ex? Sure, but she certainly wasn't obligated to do so. At least they waited till you were broken up to hook up.
