what you can do is put some sort of boyish color border around their bedroom with some neutral curtains. Then give one a spiderman bed set and the other a nemo bedset.
I did the same thing for my daughters. All except I made it a girly type room, of course.

the child who likes spider man do his side that and the other child do his side of the room nemo :) or dont do characters at all cuz in like 2 yrs they will grow out of that and u will have to change it :( may-b go with just 3 colors

You could make it one common/ fairly neutral color, then allows the boys to decorate their "side" of the room how they want. Let the one that likes spiderman have pictures and posters over and around his bed/dresser, and let the other boy have nemo characters around his belongings in the room???

You could put shelevs in the middle of the room and divide it into one section for each, then pain Nemo on one wall, and Spider man on the other.

take 2 single beds and put it on either side of the room...........now decorate one side with spider mans items.... like bedsheet ,pilow cover,curtains,toys and many more things......u can also get a spider man nitesuit fr ur child.........fr the other one also get him nemos items.....like .... socks, toys, bedsheet, curtains and the things u need to decorate with.........but dont forget abt that the two beds should be in front of a window...........u can also make nemos and spidermans window frame fr ur children.....so......best of luck..........god bless.......all the best........and......god bless.........byeeeeeeeeee

well what i think is you do it how you want it because every kid likes one thing one month and something else the next i kinda doubt that both kids are going to like spiderman and nemo for ever
and if u dont like that idea than go with some neutral territory that both kids like
