Same as with the rest of your body. There is no spot therapy, just eat healthy and exercise. Lots of stuff available on that. Just don't freak out if you gain a little muscle there. It'll help you get slimmer and make your legs look better by giving shape instead of jiggle.

Do weights like the leg press and squats. Mix in cardio at least three times per week and in about a month you should start to notice a change.

Do calf and thigh excercises to build lean muscle in your legs. Running will also help because you are burning fat and strengthening your legs at the same time. Have fun!

Ride a exercise bike and crank up the resistance. The best bikes for this are the spinners, the ones with no computers.

When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve.

well if you jog,walk,run,ride a bike, and if you are in a gym get on the elliptical and it burns twice the calories than a tredmill and it tones the butt,thighs,calfs,back, and abs.

Walking is perfect 30 min. to a hr. or a step class, anything that you are moving for 30 minutes or more will tone them.
