In May I'll be turning 18 and my boyfriend (now ex-boyfriend) won't yet be 16, so we decided to break up. I can't wait until he gets older and times will be better. I've tossed the idea of getting inked around for a couple years and now I'm positive that I want to do this. Anyways, I'm really interested in getting a tattoo of a heart on one of my palms. Will all tattoo artists agree to work on this area? After doing a little research I heard that it will fade in time but how much time? Because I'm a CNA so I'm constantly working with and washing my hands; I just want to know if that will make any difference. But my plan is to show my ex my tattooed hand and say, "Look baby I still got your heart and I'm carrying it with me everywhere until we can be together again." And when the heart fades, show him and say that I want him back or something like that. Maybe, "Look I don't have to carry just the thought of your love in my hands anymore; say that you'll take me back...........

first let me tell you that a tattoo zhould be for you. I perzonally got a tattoo from a relazhinzhip, not for her, but for me. I got it cuz i wunted to have zumthing that repreztented all the good timez, an have zumthing I could take to the grave with me. !!(tattooz are forever)!!

Anywaz moving on, I did a tat on my palm and the firzt time i did it mozt of it needed to b gone over. I perzonally would not even attemt to get any color, and nuthing with too much detell.
If you do decide to get zumthing that reprezentz you'r ex-dude
do zumthing to remember what you loved the mozt about him.
but if he dozent wunt a girl that iz willing to hold hiz hart in her hand forever, then he izn't worth zuch a prevalige.

It sounds to me like you need to let go and move on...noone is worth ink (that last a life time). Do u really want to walk around everyday a look a your body and see your ex. The only thing that you are going to do by inking yourself with that thought is reminding yourself of "what was" and telling him in a different form that you still care for him. ONLY GET INKED FOR LOVE OF YOURSELF AND THINGS THAT BRING LOVE AND JOY INTO YOU ~*~

Getting a tattoo for all the
wrong reasons is always bad.

they usually dont like to give you a tattoo on your palms or the bottom of your feet because it has a tendancy to wear off because its such a frequently used thing. so i suggest picking a different place to carry his heart with you...and just a suggestion you NEVER wanna get a tattoo for anyone else but your self you will regret it later. good luck

Lol..

Let go... If he's not even 16 yet and you're almost 18 you're too old for him... Give him a couple years and maybe he'll want to be with you. But for now, that's more than illegal. :P
