Mine does. I heard that too and decided to try it. I don't use the same shampoo for more than a week. I just keep three or four different bottles and switch them up whenever I feel like it. It seems my hair does have a bit more body and shine when I switch.

I recommend switiching up with shampoos and conditioners. I usually keep at least 4 different types of shampoos and conditioners and switch amonsgt them each time I wash my hair.

Yes this is true. Your hair gets used to a certain product if you use it continuously. I alternate every time I wash my hair, I have at least 3 different brands of shampoo and conditioner and I rotate them. My hair always looks good and I have good results from the products I use.

that depends on what shampoo n conditioner u need like color shampoo n clafiryin shampoo r two different shampoos color shampoo is good for if u dyed ur hair n the clafiryin shampoo is good to remove build up...so if ur sayin switchin them to ur standard then yeah but to switch them w/o reason then it won't b a difference

use garnier fructisse and dont switch its the best
