I actually requested for them to charge my credit card instead of sending me bills. Now, I want them to send me the actual bills.

You may want to call your credit card company. They might want to cancel that card and send you another but that would get the job done. Maybe write a letter to Comcast first, that way you'll be covered if they decide to make a case out of it.

If you can't get Comcast to stop, just call your credit card company and request a new credit card number and card. Tell them to cancel out your old number and to contact you for your approval if someone tries to charge over a certain amount. That's what I had to do with one of my credit cards.

contact your credit card company and ask them to discontinue having this amount being charged to your account monthly.
