Cain was the first child of Adam and Eve recorded in Scripture (Genesis 4:1). His brothers, Abel (Genesis 4:2) and Seth (Genesis 4:25), were part of the first generation of children ever born on this Earth.

Even though only these three males are mentioned by name, Adam and Eve had other children. In Genesis 5:4 a statement sums up the life of Adam and Eve—‘And the days of Adam after he had fathered Seth were eight hundred years. And he fathered sons and daughters.’ This does not say when they were born. Many could have been born in the 130 years (Genesis 5:3) before Seth was born.

OK, but what is the real question?

Who would think they didn't have daughters?

Anyway, brother marrying sister was allowed until it would be a genetic problem. That is when God outlawed it.
Before then, Abraham married his half sister and there is more examples found in the Bible.
That is why we can be confident that Cain and Seth married sisters. Hope this helps.

Cain came first, then Abel, then Seth. I don't know the order of the rest but somewhere along the line they had a daughter named Norea.

PS. You never heard of the seven daughters of Eve? And when Cain was banished he went to the land of Nod where there were already other people not related to Adam and Eve. I think the people of Nod were the children of Lillith and a demon. Lillith is mentioned in the Bible.

There were definitely daughters. After Cain killed Abel, and was banished by God, Genesis says that he took his wife and left to an unincorporated area. Who else would this have been other than one of his sisters. Incest was necessary at this time, people were so close to perfection, deformities and genetic defects were unheard of.

I believe the Biblical account that Adam and Eve did indeed have daughters as well as sons. What he Bible does not say is how many children in all that Adam and Eve had.

Oh honey. IT's a stoy about people living 800 years. I mean, you want serious resonses to this? Um, yes, they had baby girls who lived to be 800 years old, were able to produce babies for about 300 years of that and somehow, even though christians believe in "moral absolutes" it was not morally absolutely wrong to bonk your sister in those days - somehow.

So.... the many siblings had to procreate together instead of the male children procreating with their mother?

Yeah... that makes it so much better.

So.....what is the question? It looks like you've already answered it.

And if they didn't have any daughters, would the rest of us be here? I think not.
