The female dog is not trying to have sex with your leg or with the other dogs. They are trying to show their dominance. Show who the boss is, they do that by getting on top of other dogs, or by trying to get on top of you.

My spayed female does this and it's not cause they are looking to "get some" (haha) it's a dominance thing. She is trying to make it known she is the queen.

dominance your female is showing everyone and everything that she is the boss as males do of course males also pee on things to show there territory but your female is only showing dominance

They do it to try to show dominance over whatever it is they are mounting.
