I'm looking for sides for maple cranberry pork - i know it's a little on the different side but that's why i'm not sure what would go well with it.

Green salad with Balsamic vinegar dressing

and

Green Beans with baby onion in a white sauce.

or

Mexican corn

or

Fried potatoes with green peppers and onions (O'Brien Potatoes)

And be sure to have Port wine for dessert with Dark Chocolate truffles.

Something spicy to set off the sweetness and tartness of the cranberries. Jalapeno coleslaw perhaps.....

*** herb corn bread stuffing
*** cheesy corn & corn bread casserole
*** roasted root veggies - yams, potatoes, carrtos, turnips, sweet potatoes, pumpkin or squash
