I agree with the straightener. I have always had very frizzy hair and used to use tons and tons of hair gel and spray, then blow dry it. But one day i discovered a straightener and it works wonders. I haven't used gel in a long time. I love the way the straightener makes my hair look.

you could use 'denise McAdams' shampoo... i have crazy hair, but that stuff helps so much! or if you wanna be good to the environment and animals you could use 'Nicky Clarke- hairomatherapy' it hasnt been tested on animals and it's in an aluminium bottle so it can be recycled! that stuff is also great!
i put the shampoo on my hair (obviously while its wet) and brush it through, that tends to get rid of the knots. i was advised to only brush my hair when i wash it, now i have crazy curls! yeah, anyway, then i wash the shampoo out and wrap a towel around my head to let it dry. i dont use a hair dryer because it actually takes away the moisture in your hair and makes things worse! then i take the towel off my head and don't do anything else to it! it's kinda simple really...
hope i've been helpful! phants x x x

For dry hair pls try these hot oil massages....they will help in maintaing the natural sheen of your hair and will also condition your hair:

Hot oil massages: Warm 2 tsp. of olive oil and 2 tsp. coconut oil and gently massage every part of the scalp for 10-15 minutes. Rinse a towel in hot water, wipe and wind the hair around the head as it cools. Repeat 2 or 3 times to issue total saturation. After that, shampoo and rinse well. It is good for brittle dry hair.

Hot Caster oil massage: Warm ½ cup of castor oil, massage into scalp and gently comb it. Bind the hair with hot towel on the head, wait for 30 minutes. Shampoo and rinse. As it is home made is so good to use for scanty hair.

Clove oil honey massage. Stir well ½ cup of green olive oil with 1 cup of liquid honey. Shake vigorously. Keep the mixture to settle for a day or two. Massage into the scalp and comb it not touching the scalp. After massaging cover hair with plastic shower cap. Make it air tight to let the heat penetrate, leave like that for 20 to 30 minutes. Then shampoo and rinse well. It is good for dark hair to keep it shining and lustrous.

Take care

well if you have CURLY HAIR put PINK LOTION in it. it's this hair moisturizer that prevents it from staying dry & it will help keep your hair down.
and if you want gel to keep your hair in place then use this pink gel in a clear jar called SHINE. it doesn't flake either so that's the best part.

Frizz Ease works.

It is not a damaging chemical based product like a relaxer.

The one set back is as soon as you wet your hair you have to re apply.

several options. use a super mega strenght conditioner. straight iron (make sure it's a GOOD iron, i use a chi). serums, i like garnier fructis smooth and sleek serum, it's not goopy. leave in conditioners. or cut your hair off and start over! it'll grow back!

i had the same problem.
all you have to do is a hot oil treatment.
you heat up oil and put it throughout your hair.
put a plastic cap over it for 5-10 minutes.
then rinse it out.
it made my hair shiny and healthy and also manageable.
you have to do it once a week.
trust me this works.
hope i helped =]

well i have a little bit of frizzy hair too
ok if your hair is curly this is best to do and probably other hair types too:
don't blowdry ur hair. it messes up your hairs natural state

what i use is dove hair moisturizer, but what its mainly made up pf is lotion so lotion works too
