What exactly is this person message? Was it directly to you? If it was then maybe he's having some issues that he can't work out like you remind him of somebody or you have a habit that drives him crazy. Some people are complicated and you won't understand them at first. Maybe he's messing with you; ask him what it means, if he says that you know what he means you either forgot something or he's just being ignorant or paranoid.

it's seems to me he said that because of you, he havent selpt in so long, maybe he just wonderring and thinking about you but when ever he sleep he dream of drowning in an ocean, this mean he's not thinking of you anymore just because he's dead.
