There is a difference between Raynaud's phenomenon and your hands being always cold. Raynaud's phenomenon occurs when your hands are exposed to cold and goes away when you warm them up. If your hands are always cold, the main thing you should do is keep them warm. There are gloves with batteries that warm them up when you put them on. I developed Raynaud's after a viral illness. My hands would hurt terribly when exposed to the cold. To avoid the pain, I would make sure to keep my hands warm. Apparently, other people born with Raynaud's don't get the pain, but their fingers will turn white and numb when exposed to the cold. These people also try to avoid the cold. I don't know why some people always have cold hands, but I've never heard that it is something to be worried about.

Pump up the circulation via exercise. Wash your hands with warm water. Frequently apply lotion (that forces circulation). Eat foods that increase your circulation. Good Luck!
