ATheism makes no sense if say space dust made the earth then where did the space dust come from and if the big bang caused the space dust to appear where did the big bang come from etc. etc.
YOu see atheism is really very illogical compared to other God ridden religions which have something to tarce back to

What's a krunk shizzle?
Anyone with any scientific background knows that even if you don't have a current answer to a question, that doesn't mean an answer doesn't exist. If it gives you comfort to just stuff a "god" concept into things that have not yet been discovered then that is your perogitive, but it doesn't replace scientific thinking.

And the idea that an all-powerful single being created everything from nothing DOES make sense to you?
Science has some good answers for your questions already, that make a lot more sense than some complicated super-being with magical powers. One of the most popular theories for the origination of planets, suns, etc. is the Big Bang theory.
What are the major evidences which support the Big Bang theory?
* First of all, we are reasonably certain that the universe had a beginning.
* Second, galaxies appear to be moving away from us at speeds proportional to their distance. This is called "Hubble's Law," named after Edwin Hubble (1889-1953) who discovered this phenomenon in 1929. This observation supports the expansion of the universe and suggests that the universe was once compacted.
* Third, if the universe was initially very, very hot as the Big Bang suggests, we should be able to find some remnant of this heat. In 1965, Radioastronomers Arno Penzias and Robert Wilson discovered a 2.725 degree Kelvin (-454.765 degree Fahrenheit, -270.425 degree Celsius) Cosmic Microwave Background radiation (CMB) which pervades the observable universe. This is thought to be the remnant which scientists were looking for. Penzias and Wilson shared in the 1978 Nobel Prize for Physics for their discovery.
* Finally, the abundance of the "light elements" Hydrogen and Helium found in the observable universe are thought to support the Big Bang model of origins.
Science destroys the need for god. Do some research, and get your krunk shizzle together.

The current theory is the big bang and gravity made the earth, the sun and all the other planets/starts/space junk. HIV came from a virus that affects apes it evolved to be able to affect humans, since our DNA and the apes DNA is so similar, it wasn't that big of a jump to go from ape to human for the virus. So cosmic evolution, and just evolution in general. You will probably ask where did the big bang come for and the answer is we don't know ... yet. However I don't claim a magical unprovable source. In fact, its quite possible that the universe itself is infinite having no beginning, it expands(big bang) and clasped(big crunch) over and over again. If it had no beginning there would be no creator.
The reason we cannot know this as of right now is because all the laws of physics and time/space break down when every big crunch happens. When all matter/energy in the universe is compressed to a single point (a singularity) we cannot determine time/space and there are not laws of physics because there isn't anything beyond that single point.

the earth, the planets, and the sun came from the big bang. HIV simply evolved from a weaker virus. It happens and will likely evolve again in our lifetime. It was not a scourge of god or anything like that. As for space/the universe, we don't know...yet. 100 years ago, we didn't know what matter was made of until, we discovered atoms. It is only a matter of time until we discover where the big bang and the universe came from. Why blame it on god?

Of course an atheist could just as easily ask where "God" came from, and no theist could provide any answer more satisfactory then "nowhere - he always existed" - which is on every level just as silly as any answer an atheist will give to your question.
The bottom line is that in our current circumstances we are simply incapable of knowing the unknowable. Even if we believe in a "God" then for all we know that God is some alien kid and our universe is simply a science experiment in a jar on his dresser. The fact is, we're inside the box of space-time and neither atheists or theists have the faculties to see outside of that box.

The Sun, Earth and other planets were formed by a supernova shock wave passing through a gas cloud as evidenced by their heavy metal content. Space has unfolded from a massive expansion of mass-energy which left a microwave echo. HIV is unclear since it evolves rapidly, but appears to have come from a simian retrovirus.

Nobody can explain where earth came from. We (scientists) think it and the galaxy resulted from the "big bang" which we theorize actually happened. We don't know where the matter came from which the big bang distributed though the universe.
We don't know where life came from. Nobody has ever seen spontaneous generation, despite claims to the contrary. We don't know where HIV came from, nor do we know where single celled organisms came from.
I love to see people respond to you negatively and start talking about a sky pixie. It proves they have no answer and it angers them so they attack you and your beliefs. That feels better than saying, "I don't know". Some of the other theories presented are interesting, but they are just that....theories, unproven theories.

If you could try rewording this it would help. And to ask about the origins of the sun, space and HIV in one fell swoop shows that you really aren't interested.
But here we go. We came from natural causes. Why does a Sky Pixie magicking everything sound so much more "reasonable"?

Yes, scientists can answer those questions with facts, and theories based on facts. Just because their "krunk shizzle" doesn't make sense to you doesn't mean it's wrong. It just means that you aren't educated enough to understand it.
