i feel strange any help?

I am not quite sure what the problem is. I believe the answer to most questions and problems lie in the Bible. Read it even when you don't feel like it.
David, a man after God's own heart, talked about God hiding from himself(David) 23 times in Psalms. You won't always feel God's presence but remember he has promised never to leave you
John 14
16And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

Breathe deeply, imagine your breath is the love of God entering and cleansing you - breathe out Junk, those things that separate you from God. Repeat.
