OMG..i have my period right now and it was a heavy flow and i was sitting in my friends car..and when i got out i saw a red stain on the SEAT of her car..i just walked off and she didnt notice but i think she will know it was from me..im so scared ! what will she be thinking ! i dont want to tell her i did it cause she will make fun of me and what not..im so scared and embarassed..WHAT SHOULD I DO..!!

You shouldn't be embarrased, especially around another girl because all girls have periods and know what your going through. But seriously I've had leaks like that before and they suck, i hate when it happens. But if you have enough courage, go up to her and say "I'm kind of embarrased to tell you this, but after you dropped me off yesterday i noticed i leaked from my period and i am afraid i might have gotten some on your car seat..." and she will most likely understand. Offer to help her get the stain off the seat. Good Luck! P.S And if you leaked from a tampon try wearing a higher absorbancy and a panty liner just in case, it helps.

Your friend should understand about what you are going through I would tell her, and if she makes fun of you then she really isn't your friend, and just tell her that you are having your TOM(Time Of the Month) that is what we call our girl troubles, she should have already have this expeirence, when I started my TOM I was sooooooooooooo embaressed that I would leak through at school and one time I did, and i thought the world was going to end good thing my friend was there to help me by covering me up with her sweatshirt and I did get her sweatshirts covered with blood and she totally understood

It happens to the best of us and if someone says it hasn't happened to them... they lie. But you need to tell her so she can try to get the stain out. Be honest! It may be scary at first but in the long run you will be better for it.

She should be pretty understanding. I don't know one woman who doesn't have at least one horror story like your's.
Fess up and pay for the cleaning.
In the grand scheme of things what happened to you isn't anything to lose sleep over.

pay if she says yes..but only a fair amount
