There is this guy that I have liked for over 3 months now. We spend a lot of time together. He is always concerned of what i think about things (like what he wares and other stuff like that) also when i talk to him he gives me his full attention. Now i took him to a concert the end of Jan. and we were together for valintines day. At this concert he held my had the whole night and wouldnt let go of me. But he has never held my hand since then. But that is only becuase we are never alone we are always with friends. Anyhow one of our friends (Who is a girl) and who is one of his good friends. She has noticed this connection beween me and this guy. She asked me if I liked him and I said that i did... Any how a week latter she tells me that she was on the phone with him getting caught up on whats new in life. And then she asked him if there was anyone special in his life and he said my name. Anyhow she told me to wait for him to say something to me but now it has been two weeks

From the looks of things this guy likes you but maybe he is shy or afraid of rejection. Drop little hints that you like him and flirt a little.

From what you say, there is no doubt about it that this guy wants to be more then just friends. He seems really shy. Maybe you should bring up that you've noticed to two of you getting closer as time goes on and that he has done some things that make you feel like he is interested in being more then friends. Tell him you are confused and would like to hear it from him about what he wants. If he just gets a little reassurance from you that you're not gonna laugh in his face then he'll probably open up to you about his feelings.

If you wait you could be waiting forever.
this is 2007 so pull him aside tell him that you want to spend sometime alone with him. then spend a day out at the park walking the shore line of what ever ocean or lake is near you. hell just spend it walking through your city.
whats important is that there isn't the pressure on him that is present on regular Dates.
