you ask something and :
a- they quote the bible, (usually there is no connection between the quote and the question, but they quote anyway)
b- they insult
c- they say something that sounds nice but means little ("open your heart to god´s love" "love the sinner but hate the sin")
d- they "threaten" with god sending people to hell

thats only for religious purposes. I am a christian and see how many best answers i was chosen for. if i was a bad answerer then i wouldnt even have one best answer and u dont see me quoting from the bible. If u dont want anyone to quote and hear from christians insulting u then dont insult us or ask a queston about religion. So bye bye Ps learn what the word dictator means b4 using it cause i dont rule a certain country or state~ talk to the hand XP have a nice life

As to your first point: some have not been taught how to use the Bible to answer questions.
As for the insults- Some have been incorrectly taught that it is alright to insult people. Even when some have been taught that insults are wrong, they refuse to stop doing it.
I have observed that when Christians say something that sounds nice, but means little, it is usually because they don't know the right thing to say.

By what standards are you judging the answers against? Just because you don't like them doesn't mean they are bad answers. Yes, I agree with the quoting thing. If you want to quote scripture, quote it then put it in context with the question in your own words. It's not just Christians that do the insulting. People will be what they are. You can't expect them to change because you don't like how they answer. If you don't like it, don't be here.

This is a secular board. Many answers you will get are from people who call themselves Christians but cannot correctly align their faith with what is instructed in God's Word, or from people who just don't know anything about the subject. Plus, most people on here, I have found, are NOT Christians.

When you ask a Christian a question about God or religion he his supposed to use the counsel of God to point you in the right direction. Without it he is just as lost as anyone else.
