I have naturally curly hair, and its really curly. Can I put a perm with big rollers in it to make the curls bigger and more like waves?

A permanent with rollers bigger than the natural curls of your hair will loosen it up... and because curly hair is often thicker than straight hair, it won´t damage it so much.
I would advise, however, that you try the style first to see if it's really the effect that you're looking for.
Use a styling cream, blow dry your hair properly and then use rollers the same size you'll do when doing the perm. Blow dry again and let it cool down before taking the rollers off.
You'll get a pretty good idea of how it'll look if you go ahead an get the perm.

the bigger the roller the sooner the perm will fall out

you'll probably have to straighten it first and then use a curling iron or big rollers to make big curls or waves

yea u can do that but u got 2 b careful because u don't want 2 use something 2 strong because it will fry ur hair. curly hair is more prone to damage and u don't want ur hair to become frizzier.
