I know yelling hurts your ears, someone yelled at thier dog once and about blew my eardrum to bits. I bet if you just scream at the top of your lungs it'll hurt his ears.
Even better don't play his games and just block his number. That'll bug him worse than hurting his ears. Some cell phone companies don't have this feature, but they all have call forwarding and call forwarding for a specific caller. So you could forward all his calls to a different #, like his own landline, or parents house. That might be funny.

I'm sure you don't actually mean you want to hurt him, right? Please don't give him tinnitus by screaming, as much as you may dislike him. He'll probably learn more about women and treat the next person better, if you just calmly explain to him that you're not interested in a relationship with him at this point in time. Then, why not simply ignore his calls for a while until he stops?
