Go to your optometrist/ophthalmologist. There are drops (Viroptic) to take which help resolve the herpes lesions. It is important to see a professional and have this treated as soon as possible because if it is not, permenant scarring and vision loss can occur.

I got clinically diagnosed with the herpes simplex virus (type 2) about four yrs ago, when I was still attending college and had a foolish one-night stand. I know lots of girls say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a massive mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the implications for the rest of my life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date guys again. After all, who wants to go out with a girl who has sores round her "you know what" area? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/5kEsh everything improved.
Not only was I able to clear away all remnants of the herpes virus from my body in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so fortunate to write that just a week ago, in front of everybody in a busy restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!!! This program provided the chance to be happy and experience true love again. Now I hope that I can help others by sharing this story.

She would need an anti-viral medication to help cure the lesions. Often times, once the sores have already broken the best thing you can do is to keep them moist. You can try using a triple antibiotic ointment like neoporin. If they spread, see a doctor.

Wow, that's unfortunate. Is she sure that is what it is? I mean, has a doctor diagnosed it? If so, he or she must have told your friend that there is no cure. She can treat it to reduce outbreaks, but that is all. She should go back to her doctor.
