Im 21 and weight 103pnds.Im also 5ft. Well anyways...i have been trying to gaine some muscle weight,and i think i have because i do squats with light Curls.and other light excersizes.I look like i have gained some muscle weight.BUT i still weight about the same.What the heck??..lol

Sounds to me like you have aquired what is called muscle tone. True muscle does weigh more than fat, and if your noticing some change in your muscle in the early stages of weight lifting, it's called muscle tone. If you want more muscle mass start lifting more weight.

You know what it is. Muscle weighs more than fat. You are probably burning off fat but gaining muscle weight.

it takes a while to gain weight. or loose it. just be patient.
