Here's a place to start. You did not specify what kind of training. There are several positions and especially in a resturant many job descriptions.
And it also depends on the type of restaurant. Fast food, differs from cafeterias and full service free standing businesses. Location is important as well, is it in a Hotel?
Be sure you ask all the right questions before training staff or you may be making revisions constantly.
Also contact the local health department so you can take advantage of their safe food handling instruction. In most states it's a free service.
Good luck.

I wish you the best of luck training for a restaurant career on a website but as someone who spent many years cooking in various types of establishments I can only offer you one bit of
advice...get a job in a restaurant and learn hands on!
Nothing can prepare you for the real experiences you will encounter and starting at the bottom will help you in every aspect of the industry. There are lots of entry level jobs in restaurants...try one and see for yourself. Good luck!
