How old is your little girl? When I think of spy food, what comes to mind are:

1. tortilla wrap sandwiches cut into sections (easily hand held)
2. carrots and celery stix with Ranch Dressing
3. pizza bread
4. sparkling cider
5. black olives (for placing on fingers)
6. pickles
7. hot dogs under wrap (in buns)
8. cupcakes

Have fun!
