Mach is Fords top of the line system. its not bad for stock, but there is better out there. if you really want the best of the best go to a local car audio shope and check out some of the following brands.

Boston Acoustic
DIamond Audio
MB Quart

and if anyone after me says Bose there an idiot cause the only thing Bose you can buy in car audio is stock speaker. they dont have a aftermarket, thank god.

good luck

If you don't want loud bass and this factory system is 'top of the line' to you then, yes.
If you, or anyone ou there with a factory system, wants to get it as loud as it will go:

1. Turn the bass almost all the way down (2 or 3 clicks from the Bottom).
2. Turn the treble all the way up, don't be scared!
3. Crank it up!

You should be able to turn it all the way up without distorting. If it does distort, just turn the volume down a little and cruise.

Oh, and bass doesn't contribute to 'loss of hearing' as much as treble, contrary to what dude said. That's why your ears 'ring' after being exposed to loud, high freq. sounds, i.e. treble.

Good Luck!

These systems are a great factory system. They offer excellent sound quality. If you don't care about loud bass that will eventually lead to your loss of hearing. The Mach system the one for you
