Does any one know the number of CapitalOne Bank to activation ur card at International ATM cashout?

Im going to UK and im not sure my master card can use at ATM machine in UK or not bc my friend told me to use my card at foreign country u should call a number to activation ur card . Im using capitalone bank.any help ?

Try [phone]. It's the 24-hour Capital One customer helpline in the UK. Alternatively, just ring your local Capital One customer helpline, and ask them instead.

i'd go to the account holfding bank in person and get them to do it in the bank and not risk any number you get on answers. this is your money you are talking about.
with your card details anyone could use those details online to order in your name and you would be liable for all the debt run up in your name.
your card may have a telephone number printed on the back of it. Use that number if you want to call your bank and either can not got in person or do not want to go to your account holding branch.
My mastercard (not capital one) has a card enquiry number printed on it at the top of the card on the back. it also has a lost and stolen number printed on the bottom edge.
so look again closely at your card, i would think this would be a standard mastercard layout regardless of issuer (bank).
as far as i know your card once it is activated up on reciept so you can use it locally, you do not as far as i am aware need to call them to activate for international use.
I freely admit i may be wrong on activation for overseas use.

i'd ring their helpline and just pre warn/activate it for use over here when i went the the us i didnt pre warn my bank then spent a fortune on phone calls reasuring them it was me and begging them to unblock my card
